I Like Load Contest Mechanics

The promo is open to new My ePrepaid MasterCard cardholders who applied for a card within the promo period. My ePrepaid MasterCard® is available for purchase from the My ePrepaid MasterCard® Facebook fan page, from www.bpicards.com, from www.bpiexpressonline.com, and in all BPI Branches and Express Banking Centers nationwide:

• P500 for branches within GMMA*
• P600 for branches outside GMMA*, VIsayas, and Mindanao
*GMMA consists of NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, and Rizal

Contest Period is from April 19 – July 31, 2013.

To join, new My ePrepaid MasterCard cardholders must:
a. Like the My ePrepaid MasterCard® Facebook Fan Page
b. Using the I Like Load Facebook app, upload a photo which best shows the things, food, or destinations they want to experience using My ePrepaid MasterCard®
c. Compose a caption that explains what they want experience and how they can finally experience it using My ePrepaid MasterCard®
d. Cardholders’ uploaded photo with caption will serve as his/her official entry to the contest
e. Cardholders can submit different entries per week

First-time users of the I Like Load Facebook App will be asked to register. Registration is done only once per Facebook account and the following details will be gathered:

a. Name as it appears on the My ePrepaid MasterCard®
b. Home address
c. E-mail address
d. Mobile number
e. 16-Digit My ePrepaid MasterCard number

Cardholder must allow BPI, its contractor or agent 48 hours to validate entries submitted.

All submitted entries shall become the property of BPI Debit & Prepaid Cards, and may be used to promote the contest, or as deemed necessary.

All photos uploaded to the I Like Load app should be the original work of the participant, and must not have been previously submitted to any contest, submitted for printing at any publication, collateral materials, billboards or company-owned websites.

Entries must not contain any of the following:

a. Obscenity, crude, vulgar or offensive pictures, depictions, images, language and/or symbols.
b. Gang signs or symbols.
c. Sexual content, violent behavior, nudity, undesirable wordings, criticism, liquor, guns, gambling, drugs and the like.
d. Personal or Company Information such as address, telephone number, personal identification number etc.
e. Website or web page links.
f. Derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups, humiliation of other people (publicly or otherwise), any assault or threatening of others.
g. Trespass or the violation of other people’s rights or property.
h. Conduct or activities in violation of the official rules.
i. Any other content, display, materials and/or images that is or could be considered inappropriate.
j. Unsuitable or offensive content, as determined by BPI Debit & Prepaid Cards, in their sole discretion.

BPI reserves the right not to publish or to put down disqualified entries from the I Like Load Facebook App Gallery.

Fourteen (14) Weekly Winners shall be selected by BPI Debit & Prepaid Cards from the I Like Load app using the following criteria for judging:
• 10% Number of votes
Entries will be given a score (out of 10%) proportional to its number of votes in in relation to the highest number of votes for the week.
• 30% Creativity, wit
• 40% Relevance of the caption to My ePrepaid MasterCard®
• 20% Relevance of the caption to the photo.

The panel will be composed of the following:

a. Ranj Basi, Senior Manager, BPI
b. Louie Ocampo, Assistant Manager, BPI
c. Thea Lising, Marketing Associate, BPI

Representatives from BPI Debit & Prepaid Cards, Agency, and DTI will be present during the determination of winners on the announcement dates. Decision of BPI shall be final with the concurrence of the DTI representative.

The fourteen (14) weekly winners shall win Php 20,000 My ePrepaid MasterCard® load each. Weekly cutoff and announcement of winners shall follow the schedule:

Winners can only win once.

Winners will be notified by a BPI Debit & Prepaid Cards representative via email, SMS, and registered mail using the contact details provided upon registration on the I Like Load Facebook App.

Upon notification & confirmation by winners, My ePrepaid cards of weekly winners shall be automatically loaded with P20,000 load within seven (7) banking days.

For prizes with values in excess of P10,000, the winner shall shoulder any and all taxes related to this contest, and shall be deducted from the P20,000 load.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.

All employees of BPI, its Agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the contest.

BPI is authorized to give necessary information to its contractor or agent in the implementation of the contest.
