How to check expiration of availed promos [SMART]

If you have availed of subscription packages (such as SMARText, Lahat Txt, Gaanli 30, Unli Surf), you can check the expiration date and balance details through the following:

Via Web:

1. Register and log-in to my.Smart. Registration is FREE.
2. Once logged-in, link your Smart mobile number to your my.Smart account.
3. Once linked, click the “Manage” option beside the account you want to have the settings activated.
4. Under the Inquiries tab, select Balance Inquiry.

• The system will display the breakdown of your package.

Via IVRS

• For SMART Postpaid, SMART Prepaid, Talk' N Text, dial *888 using your SMART cellphone or (02) 888-1111 via landline and follow the voice prompt.
• Select Account > Balance Inquiry.
